COMIC CON 2010

Pictured above are Tony Trov and Johnny Zito. They are a writing duo employed by DC Comics and are best know for their work: The Black Cherry Bombshells & La Morté Sisters. Tony contacted me earlier this month in regards to wearing some Bootleg Tees to Comic Con 2010 in San Diego.  Tony and Johnny are both from Philadelphia as am I so the guys thought it would be cool if they did some cross promoting while they were out there.  Representing Broad Street Bootlegs™ and the city of Philadelphia.  I received 2 E-mails from Tony this morning with the photos you see attached. Above is their offical DC press photo of them answering questions and singing autographs and below is Tony showing off a Phlyers™ ’82 shirt on the San Diego streets.  The photos are looking good guys, keep them coming.

SEOUL

My BFF Jay Diaz has been living in South Korea for almost 2 years now.  I don’t know why it took me so long to send him some Bootlegs tees but it did.  So last week I stuffed 3 shirts into an envelope, copied his long and complicated address, sealed the package and crossed my fingers.  In just about a weeks time Jay informed me that the shirts did arrive.  I was excited to see pictures of my shirts in a foreign country, being that I’ve mailed shirts all over the US before, but never over seas.

So here are 3 photos that I took from off this here interweb of Baby “D” rocking a fresh “Broad Street Bootlegs™” tee in the eastern land.  Thanks for the photos Jay and keep them coming.
